Iowa Trenchless was the sub-contractor on a large sanitary sewer interceptor construction project. Their portion of the project required them to micro-tunnel through poor soils and hit a target elevation with very tight tolerances. Their experience with the equipment and confidence to get the job done right was evident from the first day they set foot on the job. They were very conscious of the neighborhood that they were working in and kept a very clean job site. The project went smoothly from start to finish. I look forward to working with Iowa Trenchless again in the future.

Department of Public Works-EngineeringOn December 16, 2008, Iowa Trenchless set the last 16 lineal feet of a 120-inch diameter reinforced concrete pipe tunnel. These were the last two pieces of pipe to complete an 86-foot long pedestrian tunnel under the Iowa Interstate Railroad in Coralville, Iowa. Iowa Trenchless completed the 10-foot diameter jacking operation in 5 days, in wind chill temperatures as low as twenty five below zero. The jacking project went as planned without incident, all while the railroad remained in operation, as trains passed over the tunnel. The crew worked as many hours as needed, as well as throughout the weekend to complete the project quickly. The Iowa Trenchless crew was a pleasure to work with and I would recommend them in the future.
