Safety is the number one priority at Iowa Trenchless. That's why we educate our employees in many different areas of the job. All of our employees have been through OSHA training, and are certified as competent persons for trenching and excavating. They have also been trained for confined space entry and rescue prcedures. We practice safety daily, with our morning tailgate safety meetings. We also participate in the E-Railsafe and Contractor Orientation programs, which include:

• Personnel Screening
  Contractor/Vendor Personnel are required to submit information for background investigations.
• Compliance Awareness & Testing
  Contractor/Vendor Personnel must complete required safety and security awareness tests.
• Workplace Credentialing
  Contractor/Vendor Personnel are required to wear e-RAILSAFE ID and Contractor Orientation Badges when on railroad property. Badges are issued upon successful completion of background investigation and compliance testing
• Drug and Alcohol Screening
  All Iowa Trenchless personnel are required to be tested and are in a random screening pool.
